What was it about?
We did this Pop-Up Museum in conjunction with our BioBlitz event, which had over 15 partner organizations taking a 24 hour survey of the species found in Grant Park. We themed the pop-up on conservation, asking participants to share stories, images, or objects of how they help conservation efforts.
How did it go?
This pop-up went well! We included a new way of participating (drawing instead of just writing or bringing an object), and that increased our levels of sharing. We had very few objects shared with us this time, which was interesting but not unexpected, given the topic, the location, and the nature of the BioBlitz event.
