What was it about?
This Pop-Up museum was held so that the organizer could test out the logistics for a potential event in the fall that will be much larger.
The goal of this pop-up museum was to allow staff members of the special collections library learn a bit more about each other.
The prompt questions included: Is there a personal item you keep on your desk like a figurine or photograph? Is there an object defines your work style? Is there something that represents a project you are passionate about working on?
How did it go?
We think it went well for a first run at a Pop-Up Museum. Staff appeared to enjoy sharing personal items or tools they keep on their desk and learning about their fellow staff members. We would love to have another staff pop-up event in the future.
